Sex in the city fans, ever wonder what a bohemian Carrie Bradshaw wedding might look like? Well now you can put those theories to rest. Jessica and Logan's ultra chic wedding at Bella Collina took that theme and ran with it. From the unique cascading bouquet the bride carried to the chandeliers hanging absolutely everywhere, we know you are going to LOVE IT!
Oh and keep scrolling to find just how much this devastatingly beautiful day cost as this lovely couple shared their budget breakdown with us. And don't miss a moment of this day, we have tons more photos from Concept Photography in our full gallery here.
Loved Ones Looking Out For YouFrom the Bride: As cheesy and gooey as it sounds the best part of the day was becoming Logan's wife. I was not nervous at all and was very calm, because I knew he was the one. I was expecting to be nervous because my papaw passed away and I was walking myself down the aisle. I thought was going to be hard, but after the rain apps said 60% chance and we had nothing but the bluest skies I have seen, I knew he was watching over me and us and it made everything perfect.
Designing Your Own Day
A lot of people don't know I planned the entire wedding by myself. I chose the colors, decor - everything down to floor. I would group message my mom and Logan's, but I always ended up knowing and going with my gut instinct.
I wanted it to be whimsical romance with an undone, raw edge. I wanted pinks and dark magenta and I wanted my bouquet to have texture and movement (as opposed to classic bouquets). I am a bit of a wild card (and so is Logan), so I wanted to show that but still represent the love we have.
Ditch the Heels & Grab Some Dessert
The flowers, and my desserts were my other fav parts of the wedding - oh and the chandeliers! I wanted glitter doughnuts and rice krispies. I just wanted everyone to have a good dessert that was probably part of their childhood, and those were a part of ours so it made sense. For the romantic feel we wanted, the chandeliers were a must. I was like "hang them everywhere!" lol.
