Elegant Light Blue & Pink Bridal Shower

Macaron cake with roses

Ashley's elegant bridal shower at the Ristorante Buonanotte Toronto is totally stunning and chic with its pink and blue details. Styled by Monarchy Blue Weddings & Events, the Parisian theme came to life with flower market florals, galvanized metal and one of the prettiest dessert tables we've seen.

Flowers and favors

The guests were welcomed by a beautiful set up of a cast iron flower cart that displayed the guest favours - a beautiful white dish with pastel coloured macarons - as well as a beautiful display of galvanized buckets and flower bouquets.

Arrangements

The table arrangements were listed on a frame covered in a bed of green moss. The tables were named after flowers (in the French translation); and the floral décor on each table matched the name. For example, if you were sitting at La Lis - your table had lush arrangements of lilies. Unique individual place cards, mini galvanized buckets with the guest names filled with moss and beautiful pink ombre carnation, completed the table setup.

Sweets table

To complete the look of the event, and tie in the last bit of Paris, the sweets table was an endless display of a beautiful naked cake adorned with sugar crafted floral, and pastries in vibrant colours with floral detailing including mini éclairs of course.

Marche Aux Fleurs

The inspiration for my bridal shower came from my trip to Paris, France - where my fiance proposed! It was the flower markets that lined the beautiful streets of Paris that really caught my eye - and I wanted my guests to feel like they were walking into a Parisian Flower Market. So I took elements such as twine, craft paper, galvanized buckets, moss and bouquets of flowers to set the stage for Ashley's Marche Aux Fleurs!
