When Zeena and Johnny went to visit Santorini prior to their wedding, they fell in love. Santorini is a unique and magical island, having been formed from a series of volcanic explosions that took place thousands of years ago. The result of this is a wonderland of ebony volcanic rocks, steep cliffs and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea.

Pre-Wedding Beach Day

In order to thank their friends and family who traveled all the way from distant parts the world and other the couple planned a series of celebrations spanning four days. The couple joined their closest friends for a relaxing day by the beach day, followed by a formal greeting of all their guests with a caldera cocktail party to enjoy Santorini’s mesmerizing sunset.

Greek Chapel Wedding

On the day of the wedding the bride, escorted by her parents and bridesmaids, arrived at the blue domed chapel chapel of Aghios Artemios at Imerovigli where her groom and guests were waiting. After a beautiful and heartfelt blessing by the couple's Pastor, all the guests were transported to Rocabella Hotel for the cocktail hour while the couple joined their wedding party for photos.

Wedding With A View

The reception took place at the terrace of the Rocabella Hotel, perched high above the world famous caldera with breathtaking views of the volcano and the sublime sunset. The decor was inspired by the romantic personality of the bride mixed with neutral colors and gold accents to represent the golden sunsets of the island.

Post-Wedding Brunch

The wedding celebrations were concluded with brunch in one of Santorini’s popular beaches the day after. It was an unforgettable celebration for everyone involved which will stay with them for many years to come. What do you think; would you get married in Greece?
