Rooftop Glamour
From Elisabeth Carol Photography: Britan & Taylor said I do on the rooftop of 400 N Ervay. As a former pageant queen, Britan had a difficult time finding a dress. Luckily, Johnathan Kayne came to the rescue with a gorgeous custom gown and gold veil! Britan went above and beyond to make sure her wedding was extremely glamorous but made her guests feel at home with custom cocktails and Whataburger late night snacks (a Texas favorite)!
Planning Your Day
From the bride: If you want something done right – do it yourself. I created my own excel spreadsheets and diagrams which identified where each item was to be placed and broke down the timeline for bride, groom, wedding party, family, and each vendor. This was incredibly helpful when things of course did not go as planned on the wedding day, and my rockstar bridesmaids helped me by stepping in to execute.
Vendor Contract Advice
Read your contracts before signing them – 90% of brides and grooms just skim or go straight to a signature. You are making a huge investment in a single day, so reach out to an attorney to protect yourself, and do not feel rude negotiating your contracts.
