Dress Fitting advice

Make sure that if you plan on having a work out regiment leading up to the wedding, that you schedule your last fitting as close to your day as possible. My last fitting ended up being two weeks before the wedding, and in that time my strapless dress became a bit loose. The last thing you want to be worrying about is pulling your dress up!

DIY Calligraphy

My favorite details from my reception were some of the DIY projects I did with family and friends. I loved taking on the challenge of doing my own calligraphy for the place cards and individually attaching pieces of rosemary with my sister.

Soak it all in

At some point during the reception step back just to look at the guests. It’s a wonderful moment to share with your groom, to see all the hard work that went in to planning, and to see how much love and support you are surrounded by.
