We also hope you have your cocktail glasses out, and are ready to mix up some hand-crafted holiday cocktails for your guests to enjoy. Thanks to Stavros from Inka Mama’s, a tasty Peruvian restaurant in Orange County, we are here to teach you how to make those delicious holiday cocktails.

Milk and Honey Cocktail

The Milk and Honey is not only comforting and warm, but also a great alternative to the traditional holiday eggnog cocktail. The perfect holiday cocktail to snuggle up by the fire with the one you love.

Milk and Honey:
Glassware – Glass Coffee Mug
Steam Milk – Pour – Top with Froth – Dash of Cinnamon
3 oz Milk
1 oz Bénédictine
1/2 oz Lairds Applejack

The Copa del Diablo an apple holiday cocktail

Who doesn’t love the sweet and spicy smell of apple cider filling up the house? Use some of that homemade apple cider goodness in your Copa del Diablo holiday cocktail. Apple cider will never taste so good.

Copa del Diablo:
Glassware – Rocks Glass “bucket”
Pour – Add Ice – Shake – Serve on the rocks
1 oz Sailor Jerry
1 oz Apple Jacks Brandy
1 1/4 oz House Make Apple Cider
1/2 oz Cane Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Dash of Angostura bitters

The Granada a Pomegranate Martini

Did you know that Morin pomegranate syrup is a super-food packed with antioxidant vitamins? Won’t you enjoy your Granada holiday cocktail even more so knowing that? We think so. You’re welcome. Pomegranate syrup mixed in with lemon juice and St. Germain. It really does not get tastier than this …. right?

Granada:
Glassware – Cocktail Glass “martini”
Pour – Dry Shake – Add Ice – Shake – Serve up
1.5 oz Titos Vodka
3/4 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Morin Pomegranate Syrup

The Retro Moda a Bourbon holiday cocktail recipe

Rare is the cocktail that isn’t made better by whiskey’s fiery caramel flavor, especially for the holiday! You and your guests are going to love sipping on The Retro Moda, made with of course Bourbon and Luxardo Sour Cherry Syrup, which is made with highly concentrated Marasca cherry juice, and is characterized by its fresh, natural aroma. Mmm…delicious!

Retro Moda:
Glassware – Rocks Glass “bucket”
Pour – Add Ice – Stir – Serve
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
2 bar spoons Brown Sugar
1 bar spoon of Luxardo Cherry Syrup
2 dashes of Apple Bitters

The Esencia Santa a lavender and mint cocktail

Lavender syrup a great way to add the herb’s distinct flavor to cocktails in a semi-sweet way. Then you add a bit of lemon and grapefruit, and a hint of mint, and you have the Escencia Santa. A holiday cocktail that will calm anyone down from a long and stressful day of shopping for that perfect gift.

Esencia Santa:
Glassware – Collins Glass “highball”
Muddle – Pour – Add Ice – Shake – Serve – Serve on the rocks
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2/4 oz Lavender syrup
1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
5 Mint Leaves

The Solomon's Crown a Pomegranate and lemon cocktail

A whisper of lemon, honey and strawberry puree are hinted at in the background making Few Rye a fascinating spirit. This old time liquor makes up only a portion of The Solomon’s Crown. A divine cocktail that are sure to warm the holiday spirits.

Solomon’s Crown:
Glassware – Cocktail Glass “martini”
Pour – Add Ice – Shake – Serve up
1.5 oz Few Rye
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Pisa Liqueur
1/4 oz Pomegranate molasses
