Dion and Alix wanted a wedding day that truly represented them as individuals, as a couple, and what they wanted in their future. They wanted to create a romantic eco-chic ceremony and reception filled with beautiful DIY touches. From the moment the wedding planning process started it was a hands on experience.
Starting with the save-the-date hankies that were made by the bride and her bridesmaids, to the bride’s jewelry and headband that were handmade by her mother, all the way to the reception details. Those beautiful wood centerpiece boxes you soon will see were stained and finished by the bride and groom. The potted succulents doubled as escort cards and as wedding favors . Each guests name was hand stamped by the bride. As you will see the day turned out simply beautifully, and you can see more of this romantic eco-chic wedding in the full gallery here. From The Bride:
Because we are such lovers of the outdoors, it was only fitting that we begin our marriage surrounded by natural beauty. Our venue had the perfect amount of romance and vintage appeal. We chose to incorporate succulents into our pale pink and ivory floral arrangements for their rustic beauty and eco-friendly feel. We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding turned out. With help from our wonderful vendors, family, and friends, the day we dreamt of was turned into a beautiful reality.
Dion and Alix also used our free bride and groom printables for their wedding signs. Too cute! The florals were all designed by Third Bloom, and featured succulents, roses, and tons of texture. So incredibly pretty!
We adore this photo booth from Peekaboo Photobooth. Luckily they are a national photo booth rental company. All of their packages come complete with unlimited duplicate photo strips, an on site attendant, disc of all pictures, online image hosting and props. Peekaboo Photobooths, 5′ x 5′ white cabana photo booths, are twice the size of a traditional booth and can accommodate large groups while adding exciting and stylish entertainment to any event.
