On our little trip to New York, we had the utmost pleasure of meeting up with Matthew Robbins. If you are unfamiliar with this design guru, he and his team create memorable, personalized weddings and events of course. Their intention is that you and your guests leave with a lasting impression of a place and time that was artfully conceived. Love that!
Now we can all incorporate a little of the Matthew Robbins magic in our weddings by checking out his latest book Matthew Robbins Inspired Weddings. Matthew will walk you through his process of transforming the special into the spectacular by choosing nine objects around which to base a wedding design. Along the way, he will share insider tips and industry secrets that make the difference. Here are a few photos of the book and his inspiring studio all captured by New York Wedding photographer Erich McVey.
We had a such a great time at Matthew‘s studio! Not only did we hang out at the studio, and get to know Matthew we also did a few do-it-yourself projects. Stay tuned they are coming up on Monday.
We had to show you a few inside shots of his amazing studio. The entire space was filled to the brim with fresh florals and vintage trinkets. A treasure was thoughtfully placed every which way you turned.
As you can see Matthew surround his space with special and loved items. Identifying what you you hold near and dear is the key to unlocking the inspiration behind your wedding.
