Five-Minute Valentine’s Date Inspired by How I Met Your Mother

Share

Wedding invitation with floral decorations and schedule

Get ready for a super fun Valentine’s idea from Purple Meadows Events and Anokiart Photography. Inspired by the hit tv show “How I Met Your Mother”. There was a cute episode where the character Ted wants to take a girl on a date, but she has only two minutes of free time, so he sets up a five minute date to impress her. Besides being absolutely adorable, this would also make a great surprise Valentine’s Day for your love. You can see more of this inspirational shoot in the full gallery here.

From Anokiart Photography The Shoot day arrived and we headed to the Art District of Downtown Los Angeles where we met up with the lovely Christine Redmon of Leading Lady Makeup and our sweet models Laura M. Steigers and Kevin Barrett, who happen to be dating in real life. We created five different dating scenes and used a combination of fun vibrant colors of oranges, reds and yellows.

The scenes we set up for the date were: a lunch date, a movie, dessert, and a bike ride. A great time was had by all and this vision was brought to life by this awesome team. Debra, Christine, and I are very grateful to our talented models and our creative partners: Alicia Rohan of A & P Designs, Kerrim Albanes of My Wedding Blooms, Emilee Sutherland of Tasteful Tatters, and a special thank you to Victor Mueller for his support and help!
