A huge congratulations to Katie from Minutes of Love Photography who recently got engaged. Her fiancé proposed with a ring from 1915, which set the tone of their wedding. An old  Southern style wedding in Savannah.
After the tone of the wedding was set, it was time to ask her best friends to be a part of her vintage themed wedding. She was sure to capture the essence of her wedding her bridesmaid gift boxes. Filled not only with valuable information, but with thoughtful mementos that her friends will keep for years to come. Are you thinking of making your friends a little something special? To go along with their theme (they are huge fans of Downton Abbey) Katie included items in the boxes captured the essence and/or feel of their wedding. Paint Chips: Pick them up at your local hardware store to show the color scheme of your wedding. Only take as many as you need and try to keep the samples to a minimum.

This is so cute! I took a cue from another post on here and recreated the “Be My Maid” cigar boxes. I put in an inspirational photo card with ideas for dresses and an overall theme, Made info cards, did paper doll chains in my wedding colors, put in paint chips and fake flowers in the colors and tied up Wedding Chicks “Will you be my Bridesmaid” totes in “And they lived happily ever after” ribbon. They were a hit!
