Hey Gorgeous Events is a full service wedding and design boutique bringing prettiness and personality to the industry one day at a time. If you have yet to check out the Hey Gorgeous Events (HGE) website, and Rhiannon’s blog, stop, and do so right now. If you have, then you can probably tell that Rhiannon is an incredibly talented and refreshingly genuine person and wedding planner. As one of her clients, I can tell you that you’re absolutely correct. I approached Rhiannon and HGE later on into my wedding planning, when I was struggling with whether or not I could and should include a month-of and day-of coordinator in our wedding budget. I had scoured several wedding planner websites and planning services and nobody’s style or vision matched mine. The bulk of the options available were typical, over the top glam, or downright tacky. So when I stumbled onto Rhiannon’s blog and took a quick look at her work, I knew I had found the one for me. I could tell she was someone who loved new and unique ideas, worked hard, could make beautiful happen out of any budget, and most importantly, LOVED being a stylist and planner! Rhiannon goes above and beyond what her couples expect. She will think of things you haven’t, go out of her way to surprise you , and get to know all the key players (family included!) at your wedding. With Rhiannon in charge, I could completely relax and enjoy my day, knowing someone who shows up before all the other vendors and leaves after the last vendor has left, was holding the reigns. She was there for me throughout the planning stage when I needed to vent, cry, or laugh, with compassion and professionalism, and now I have gained a wonderful friend. I guarantee that hiring Rhiannon’s services will be money well spent and one of the best decisions for making your wedding day dreams come true.

Hiring Rhiannon was by far the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. From the beginning, Rhi was extremely organized and prompt with all of her services. She provided us with a very thorough timeline as well as checklists to keep us in line. She also brought great ideas to the table that worked well with our venue and budget. Rhi took care of all of our needs on the wedding day, including chasing our niece and calming nerves. She made sure every last detail was taken care of (and photographed) and was very professional and kind to all of our family and friends. Rhi even found us a place to live after we were married. But above all, Rhi was awesome to work with. She was sweet and understanding of all things wedding-related, including stress. Her taste and style are impeccable and her personality makes her a joy to work with. Rhi goes above and beyond for her brides and grooms. She single-handedly made our wedding day flawless and beautiful. It was an honor for us to work with Rhiannon. No wedding is complete without her!

Rhiannon, owner of Hey Gorgeous Events, served as our DOC for our wedding in March. She is professional, trustworthy, friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and extremely creative. She is simply fantastic! My husband and I both have jobs that can be somewhat demanding at times. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to juggle all of those last minute details. It was a relief that Rhiannon was there to handle them for us and made me feel at ease on our wedding day. I wasn’t worried about what was going on at the venue or if anyone was going to call me with last minute problems. I was able to enjoy getting ready because she was handling everything. And when we encountered a minor debacle with my sister’s bouquet or the train ripped on my dress, she was right there to fix it. She even handled a few minor problems behind the scenes; missing escort cards (amongst a few other things). We didn’t even know until after the wedding. I was very impressed at how well she handled everything behind the scenes. Rhi, thank you for making our day special!
