Yellow really should be everyone’s favorite color, it certainly is mine! Yellow symbolizes sunshine and spring and lemonade.
The lush green surroundings allowed everything detail to pop, giving the table a touch of shiny sophistication. The constance china was truly the inspiration of the shoot as I adored the green leaf pattern. It was also the perfect inspiration for a lovely cake.
I wanted a table top filled with gradations of yellow and cream floral. Fayaz waited till spring to get the best flowers, from frilly ranunculus, variety of daffodils, sweet peas, tulips, hyacinths, garden roses and a hint anemonies. Flowers filled white ceramic vases topped on butter silk risers and custom lace runner.
Adding the element of lace was the “girly” in me, it served to soften any harsh glare of the yellow. The concept is sweet while creating a distinct edge. The modern yet complex invitation has a lace backer with a matching lace liner. Best part of the day – compliments on my yummy tasting lemon bars!

The lemons and lace work very well together! Beautiful affair–really like the lace runner–
