We have a special treat for you this Monday that was captured by two talented Denver wedding photographers, Audrey Hannah Photo and Flourish Studio Photography. This inspirational wedding shoot was based around vintage literature while incorporating green and reusable items.
The flowers are pretty much out of this world! They were designed by one of our favorite floral designers, Cori Cook Floral Design, and of course everything you see is locally grown. Keeping with the green theme, one of the gowns was designed by Adele Wechsler, who uses environmentally friendly fabrics. All of the inspirational decor was purchased from antique or vintage shops. Nothing you see here is brand new. Everything has been re-used into something beautiful without a heavy environmental impact.
Fun Facts From The Shoot:
Bow-tie made from old book pages
Table runner made from old book pages
True vintage suits
Locally grown florals
Herbs ready to be planted as wedding favors to inspire new growth
True vintage furniture circa 1920

Look at those colors! Absolutely gorgeous. One of my photographer friends had a green wedding a while back that had library books at each table. That is just so cool and intellectual. I’d want to have my favorite poets and Shakespeare, but Jeff probably insist on horror. *frown* Not very wedding-y.
I absolutely love this vintage wedding inspiration. Thanks for sharing!
I am trying to gather wedding ideas for my wedding and came across your post, I love the colors and I can really feel the passion behind it. Instead of being super soft, you all have captured a vibrant yet affordable look and I really appreciate the ideas. Very realistic for today’s bride.

I am looking for the linen suit, one identical to it, any idea where I can get one or where this one was ordered?
Nice, i really like the concept. It’s kinda like Alice in Wonderland. Very dreamy.
