Beautiful Ballerina Bridal Fashion

Many of us dreamed of becoming a ballerina as little girls. Maybe it’s the thrill of wearing a tutu and performing on stage, or maybe just the love all things pretty. Elizabeth Burke is a ballerina and took her love of the dance and brought it to her bridal photographs. Captured by one of our favorite Memphis wedding photographers, Asian Bees Photography, these Ballerina Bridal Fashion images are just beautiful. Taken at the Le Pavillion and Regis Lawson’s studio.

  6. Thank you for sharing these exquisite photos with us… what an experience to enjoy this… and quite sentimental! all the best to your lovely site that continues to blossom!!! hugs, Jenn

  7. Ugh…another beautiful model who thinks that putting on a pair of pointe shoes transforms her into a ballerina. Photographers need to hire someone with a ballet background to lend a professional eye when trying to photograph anything to do with ballet. The concept is nice but execution is lacking.

  8. actually Barbra… Elizabeth is a real bride… her wedding is in 3 weeks… and she is a former ballerina, she has been out of training for 3 years to go to nursing school… I would do some research before making accusations.

  10. I see Barbara’s point. This shoot has SO much potential and the bride is breathtaking, but there needs to be an expert eye for photographing ballet. I have studied ballet for 11years and when I see something like this it makes me cringe, because it doesn’t portray ballet the way it deserves to be portrayed! After all my training, I would never call myself a “ballerina” because that name is exclusive to the FEW who make it as the prima in a professional company. Sure, it is every girl’s dream to be a “ballerina,” but putting on a pair of pointe shoes doesn’t make you one. Like I said, a ton of potential and a gorgeous bride, but a keen eye would have been useful.
Blessings to the bride! Have a wonderful new life!
