Do It Yourself Wedding Escort Cards

Do It Yourself, or DIY, wedding projects allow you to create your own personalized favors and touches that can be applied in any way you can imagine on your special day, for a shower, a party or whenever. All you need are some basic items and a little creativity.

These Do It Yourself Wedding Escort Cards are an easy arrangement that double as a wedding favor for that back yard wedding. What’s also great is you can make these at the last minute and you don’t need a printer – just some decent hand-writing skills. To see more of our fabulous wedding DIY projects click here.

We picked up these salt shakers at our local Wal Mart for a whopping 87 cents each. They are also available in a box of 24 on Amazon.

Supplies

1. Mini Mason Jar salt and pepper shakers. You can buy them at Wal Mart or Amazon!

2. Flowers were picked from my backyard to make the project even less expensive.

3. Labels also from Wal Mart but, you can get extra cute and buy some from paper-source here.

4. A calligraphy pen. Office Depot has some great pens.

There is really so much more you can do with this DIY. For example, print out the names on your computer in a cute font or use a decorative label. The possibilities  are endless but this is just an example of the down and dirty basics. Cute and simple.
