Nautical Wedding Ideas

Thank you for sticking around to see part II of our Stylelab workshop.

In The Now Weddings & Events went above and beyond styling this event. Everything that one would need to complete a nautical themed wedding was present at our styled shoot.

Some of our favorite details were the paper goods designed by Paper and Thread Studio. Like the large sign inviting guests to a have drink, along with hand sewn drink stirring sticks. Not to mention the sewn wedding invite tied together with a nautical knot. Every last detail was accounted for.

One of the highlights of the event was, Annabelle’s Coffee a mobile coffee bar. Each of our Stylelab guests was treated to coffee beverage after their shoot. Annabelle’s Coffee cart was stocked with everything from ice blended drinks to warm lattes. It was a definite treat. What a spectacular idea for any wedding! Treat your guests to their favorite beverage, so that they can dance the night away.

Do you love the custom to go coffee sleeves?

In The Now Weddings & Events custom made these. They simply ironed their wedding logo over the sleeves and presto a custom coffee sleeve along with a recyclable wedding coffee cup as a favor. It could not get more creative than that.

Feeling A Bit On The Nautical Side

Tuesday was our second Stylelab Photography workshop with our favorite OC wedding photographer Chenin of Boutwell Studio. Everything went as smooth as butter. The sun was shining the birds were chirping and everything was magical. I am not sure if you remember but our last Stylelab was in January and there just happened to be a hurricane with sideways rain. No joke. See the photos here.

Amanda and her talented team of In The Now Weddings & Events designed this sweet and lovely event. Complete with a light blue dinghy boat, kumquat topiary and the cutest sparkly blue Micheal Kors shoes I ever did see. A special thanks to our incredibly handsome couple Ryan and Kellee of, Be Inspired .

Stay tuned for all the Nautical details later today. They are delightful.

Guestless Texas Wedding Ceremony

When we first looked at this wedding that Stacy Reeves Photography shared with us we noticed immediately that everything seemed to be quite still. Come to find out that this wedding actually an elopement.. The only people present were the bride and groom, the officiant, Stacy Reeves Photography, and their two hunting dogs!  They wanted something low key, relaxed, and intimate, and that’s exactly what they got. It was rather different and sweet so we wanted to share it with you if you.

A wedding is a wedding guests or not!

A Traditional Greek Wedding

We love when real brides email us their weddings. Especially when they are destination weddings in the magical land of Greece.

Julie shared with us her real life Greek wedding that actually took place in Greece. Julia and Spiros who are both Greek had a huge wedding in a Greek Orthodox church wedding and reception on the beach. Julia and Spiros letterpressed and printed their own wedding invitations, which was a catalyst for her to create her own side business – cartoulesletterpress.com.
