    this link isn’t working :(

  4. DJ Alkamyst says:

Great timeline! If every bride used this timeline, it would make my life so much easier. I imagine every other vendor would be happy too. Great Job girls.

This a really pretty template. I love your site and am happy to find more beautiful wedding templates. I have had such a hard time finding them myself that I’ve started making my own on my site as well as an Etsy store that I just started with Fabric wedding binders that include timeline and planning templates. I realize that was a shameless plug, but I am just happy to find other companies focused on design and beauty for wedding palnning. There are many online sites that offer wedding planning options, but sometimes you really need the paper version so that you can bring it around with you to your vendors, etc. Great job!

  7. kerri Banyas says:

timelines are SO important…I highly encourage brides to check with their photographers and coordinators and come up with a timeline together so they get the most out of their day and the best pictures possible!

Thank you for sharing this! What a great template to help couples plan out their wedding day timeline. I’m looking forward to sharing this with my b&g to help them plan their day, especially for photography!

  9. absolutely love this and will be using it for my brides!

i agree .. i changed it to Pre Ceremony First Look (:

  11. Great share. I do provide these to my clients, one things we hate to call it though: Staged Meeting. It sounds so not romantic which is the opposite of what they are! I use First Look. I’ve never had a couple regret doing one!

  12. Erin says:

Great thing to keep around until my wedding day.

    Very helpful, thank you!

  13. I think all of your tips are very helpful. This is truly a wonderful post. It really helps give everyone a realistic time line of how everything will work on the day of the wedding! Wonderful!

  14. Kat says:

I like that you suggest toasts after salads. If you get a 5 page best man toast, or a long series of toasts, it makes dinner take way too long. You guys didn’t leave much time for photography, though. If the ceremony is at a different location from the reception, there isn’t a lot of time to get that entire list of photos done and to get some artistic ones as well. All pictures done before the wedding helps this timeline out a lot more. And having a nice hanger for the dress is a wonderful idea as well!

  15. Aylee says:

Thank you so much. This is very helpful.

  16. Thank you for posting this well-thought-out timeline!

It is very accurate to how much time is actually needed for capturing all the important images throughout the day. In addition, it gives the bride and groom time to "experience" their day without having to rush and run!

I also love the "tip" for a clean hanger for the detail of the dress – perfect!
