Definitely the spread collar. My fiance has a long, thin neck, thin face and long arms. If a shirt fits his neck the sleeves are too short, if it fits his arms, it’s HUGE around the neck, so a custom fit shirt would make all the difference!

My guy has such a hard time finding dress shirts that fit. He’s broad shouldered but has a thin frame overall. He’d look great in the traditional point collar.

I love the turndown pointed collar. I love him in button down shirts but since he is an athletic guy it’s hard to find shirts to fit him.
My fiance does have a weakness for bow ties (he really does look sharp, not goofy), so the wing collar shirt would be great for all of his more formal occasions.
