DIY Ranch Wedding: Rustic Charm and Personal Touches

Couple holding hands on grass near a tree on their wedding day

Heather Kincaid sent over Raci and Mike’s DIY extravaganza that you are going to love. We all know that a ton of work goes into the preparation and planning of a wedding and any little help is more than appreciated. Lucky for Mike and Raci, family and friends worked together to craft the wedding details and provide the venue. Raci’s Aunt donated her gorgeous ranch for the wedding.
Raci made her flower detail for the hair, found the birdcage for the gift cards at a garage sale and refurbished it, and scavenged yard sales and ebay for all of the bottles and vases for the tables, and I am sure the list goes on and on. You are going to really enjoy the twine and clothespin display between two trees. Raci and Mike hung a bunch of snapshots of them with friends and family over the years. What a great conversation starter!
Mike made the place cards, hand painted signs that were placed around the reception area. He also built the arch for the ceremony with his dad, father-in-law and friends.

Beautiful house with green lawn and blue sky, a dream home
