A signature champagne cocktail is the perfect touch to a vintage inspired wedding. It has a few extra elements that makes it ohh so fancy. The French 75 cocktail has been around since World War I, named after an Artillery piece, the 75mm howitzer, but became quite famous in later years. I can already see the waiters passing around the tall bubbly flutes on their silver trays at your glamorous wedding. The recipe is below.
1 1/2 oz gin
2 tsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
