39 East Photography sent us over this stunning Indonesian wedding. They also sent along all the details from the big day, hopefully this will give you a bit of inspiration and inside knowledge to a spectacular event. Thank you so much to 39 East Photography for sharing.

The couple, Joanne and David, who currently reside in Hong Kong, had requested that their wedding be intimate. They wanted details which were warm colored and reflected their fun, outgoing personality. The venue had to be a location where their guests could enjoy themselves before, during and after the wedding. The wedding planner, Hannah, thus settled on a villa, called Villa Atas Ombak, which had 150 ft of beach frontage as the venue of their wedding.

For the ceremony, the following details were setup
1. Heaven’s Gift erected a gazebo built of bamboo and fabric, adorn with warm coloured roses, deep red and green amaranthus and viburnum for the ceremonial altar.
2. Guests were given dishes of tuberose as confetti (LOVE THAT)
3. Bridal Party were dressed with a touch of coral orange in their attire, from groomsmen ties, to the bridesmaid dresses, and the headpieces of the flower girls

For the reception, the following details were setup
1. A Cookies and Sweets Galore table created for the guests. Guests were invited to help themselves to some of the couples favorite candy. A large cherry tree was installed to serve as the wishing tree for the couple. Guests sent their wishes and greetings for the couple while they enjoyed the local delights.
2. The banquet settings centralised around the key feature of Atas Ombak The Central Swimming Pool.
3. Marquees with pretty linings were lined up around the pool.
4. White Phalanenopsis Orchids, various range of Glandiflora roses and ranunculus were the key flowers for the reception.
5. The floating dance floor and the floating stage on the pool was the unique feature of the event. A Scottish pop band entertained the crowd with their numbers during the reception.
6. Special ambient lighting was installed within the marquee, and under the pool to create the magical overall. The surrounding frangipani trees were also lined with fairy lights, while trees around the villa were installed with warm lights to complete the enchanted settings.
7. Guests were served with best French cuisine food and wines from Mozaic Bali (renowned French restaurant in Bali). Mini cakes were specially designed for all guests to complete the theme.
8. And guests were given a leather photo frame with personalised words from the couple.
9. All wedding stationery from Invitations, Program Fan, Menu cards, place cards were all specially designed accordingly to the theme : Enchanted Bali.
