  1. Haliwood says:

My latest project is a 2009 calendar featuring my best friend’s engagement photos. I think they’ll love it – if I ever get the design finished – and this contest would help me print off beautiful, high quality photos. I hope I win…

  2. I still want this and i want to use it for everything DIY!

  3. Laura says:

Winning this would be amazing! Not even having a color printer right now is a huge pain. I dream of becoming a wedding planner eventually and would love starting off on the right foot helping plan my sister’s and best friend’s weddings! I’d LOVE this printer!!

  4. Brandon says:

So glad you’re giving one of these away. Hope I win so I can use this for all of my friend’s DIY wedding projects.

  5. jaime chambers says:

You can’t even begin to know how bad I need this printer! My old printer died about a week after I bought all the invitations to print! I need it, and my finace would be so happy I am saving money since we are paying for our wedding ourselves!

  6. Haliwood says:

Ohhh, so much anticipation over this! This would be the BEST opener to the holiday season. In addition to wedding-related paper things, I would use the Epson to work on my lovely Christmas cards!

  7. Carina says:

I would so love this for making all my greeting card necessities and Breast Cancer T-shirts. After going through different trials of finding the right printer to print images on transfer papers, I think the Artisan 800 would be the perfect match for making breast cancer t-shirts-smear/bleed free and quality print! Wish me luck! =) Blessings to all.

Today i would have loved to print out my 101 in 1001 days list that i am starting.

  10. Michelle says:

I’d use this Epson printer for so many DIY projects! We’re six and a half months away from the wedding now, so it’s perfect timing for me to start working on the details. My latest DIY addition is personalized water bottle labels… for which I could really use this printer!

  11. Katie says:

Reason #7 why I should be the winner of this printer: I am a graphic designer just starting out, and have been blessed to be gaining clients by the handful it seems. But there’s a slight problem: I have no way to print anything, and as of now, no way to afford a printer!

  12. roopa says:

I’m getting married next fall and I have many many DIY projects lined up – basically, everything that needs to be on paper will be made by me. I can’t use the color printer at work (I work for a city government agency and will totally get busted using it for personal use) and I would love an excellent printer so that my DIY projects look professional!

  13. Alice says:

I currently don’t have a working printer and want to DIY my invitations, programs, and escort cards at the minimum.

  14. katrina says:

such a cute gadget!!it would be great if i have this one as my starter for everything..first for my wedding stationery then i will used it for my future business..what do you think?;]

  15. Andrea says:

At this point, I don’t even have a working printer – my last one starting leaking ink everywhere (including the carpet, unfortunately) – and I plan to make all the invites, programs, menus etc myself to save as much money as possible. This would really save my budget, and my mind!

  16. Christina says:

Well, my fiance keeps assuring me that our DIY’s can be solved with buying a new printer. I want to make personalized (with photos) STD’s and invites. Epson’s products have great results and I am sure we would finally get the color we have been trying to find.

  17. I want this so bad! It would completely open me up to some great DIY projects I’ve been avoiding bc our printer is so lacking. Keeping my fingers crosses!

  18. Christie+Kevin says:

This is exactly what we need to make our Save the Dates! We are making concert poster Save the Dates because we got engaged at a concert. :-) This would make them extraordinary instead of just ordinary. I hope we win! Thanks for sponsoring this contest!

  19. Margie says:

OMG, I soooooo need one!! My fiance and I were just talking last night how we need to get a nice printer… we are doing save-the-dates, invites, programs, and menus… and whatever else will probably pop up! We would love to have a good reliable printer to keep us a little more stress-free!

  20. Liz says:

I would use this as a present to my best friend Jae, who just got engaged. She’s had a hard year. Her mom, who she used to care for passed away about a month ago. She’s an amazing person and really deserves something like this!

  21. jaime chambers says:

Man alive! I need this SO bad! I have bought printable invitations and a month ago my printer quit working. I am trying to go the cheapest route possible! I promise I would put it to good use!

  22. I live in a building called the Artisan so it’d be appropriate i use an ARTISAN printer for all my DIY wedding needs!

  23. Jeana says:

Ohh what a cool prize! My fiance and I are on a squeaky tight budget so this would definately be beneficial to us! I would use it for my invites, menues, and all that good stuff! I want my wedding to look just as professional as a bride who isn’t on a budget! And I LOVFE to take pictures so it would definately be used after the wedding as well.

  24. Michelle says:

I’m wishing and hoping that I win the Epson Artisan 800 so I can print our save the dates on a printer that delivers great results! My printer now is on it’s last legs. This prize would be put to good use down the road for the wedding menus, programs, and escort cards too! I had an epson in college and really liked it, so I am sure I would enjoy this one too : )

  25. Laura says:

I’d use it for every DIY project possible! My sister and best friend are both getting married soon, so it would be a huge help!! :)

  26. EmilyQ says:

I would love to DIY my STDs, invitations, and all other paper goods for the wedding, so this printer would come in super handy!

  27. Erin S. says:

I would absolutely die if I won the Artisan 800. I would, obviously, use it for save-the-dates, invitations, menu cards, programs, etc. I would also use the Artisan 800 to start up the invitation business my fiance and I have dreamed about starting. Finally, I am an artist and an art educator, and this would come in handy for printing out things for class, as well as printing out images of my work…and digital art, itself. This would, basically, be a lifesaver in my life.

  28. Sandy says:

This is so amazing!!!! I would do so much more diy this! Especially for a low cost alternative to a photo booth.

  29. Haliwood says:

I would use the Epson to make my DIY invitation dreams come true! I’m considering a book-style invite since books are part of a subtle theme I’m pursuing. Oh I HOPE I win this lovely printer!

  30. Melissa says:

Yes, this little prints is a beauty nad I’ve been eyeing a new printer to make all of my Wedding "stuff" from place cards & menus to gift tags & tank yous, and of course save the dates and invitations. And this prints on CDs/DVDs, so I can make special thank yous for all of our wedding party members as well…Oh the possibilities are endless and I can feel my brain crunching ideas away….

  31. Chelsey says:

OMG Please randomly pick my number; I haven’t had a printer since college and could really use one for all my DIY weddingness.

  32. ringo says:

This would be awesome for my wedding projects. I’m planning to print Save the Dates at the end of the month, and I was planning to purchase a new printer. It would be the greatest thing if I could win this!

  33. Christine says:

I would LOVE to have this printer! I have been drooling over it for a while now…I’d use it to print holiday cards for myself and my photo clients. ~fingers crossed~

  34. maryclaireb says:

oh my goodness, I have so many projects left to use this puppy for–b’maids stationery, placecards, welcome bags, maps, direction cards, slideshow pics–the list goes on! crossing my fingers….

Love that printer – perfect for completing our invites, menus and activity informatio packets we will be including in the welcome bags.

  36. Tina says:

I’m the bride’s mom with a creative flair. I know I can create great looking save the dates, shower invitations, menus, etc. to make my daughter’s wedding perfect. The Epson Artisan 800 sounds like just what I need to cut printing costs and have professional results. The old printer I have now barely prints! I’m the person who’s paying the wedding bill, and it’s been tough to plan a beautiful wedding while having to cut back on everything!

  37. Tina says:

  38. Andrea says:

I have a teeny tiny budget for my wedding — especially after the financial meltdown of the past month or so — so I plan to do almost everything DIY: invites, programs, menus and CDs. This would make everything that much more professional looking help me cut costs in more ways than I can even imagine right now.

  39. I would be absolutely tickled pink to win this bad boy! The projects would be endless!

  40. Tasha says:

Wow, this would be AWESOME! My printer is about 10 years old and doesn’t even print in color!

  41. DIY projects for friends who are getting married soon and their showers! This would help a lot!

  42. I really want this printer! It’s so awesome! DIY here i come!

  43. Laura says:

There are so many things I could do with this! Custom thank-you cards, Christmas cards, invites, programs, favor tags, ANYTHING that can be printed!

  44. katw0629 says:

Im still lusting after this printer…:)

  45. Brandon says:

OMG! My Best friend is getting married next year and I’ve been helping with all the DIY projects. This would be great for everything from save the date cards to the "Wedding Guidebook" idea we’ve been playing around with. A travel themed booklet (the couple met in Hawaii) with info on everything you need to know about the Wedding plus things to do, restaurants, hotels etc in the area. The DVD printer would be perfect for sending out slideshows of the event with a Video thank you message from the couple.

  46. Michelle says:

our current printer is over 5 years old and is just horrible. Even after we calibrate it and everything, we still get funny lines when we print. Save my save the date printing and pick me for this contest : )

  47. Jen says:

Being a designer I can’t bring myself to purchase save the dates, invitations, or anything of this sort for my wedding. Plus, there is nothing more personal then designing them myself and I love that really intimate and personal touch. Right now I actually don’t have a worthy printer at home. I have been using my fiance’s which just won’t cut it for the actual wedding invites, and neither will printing them all at work! ;) I would love to work my magic and rock this new printer! I had an Epson while I was in design school and loved it so much. This would be so perfect!

  49. chrissy says:

my fiancée and I are definitely in need of saving money where we can. I’d use my printer for save the dates, invitations, you name it!!!

  50. MelothyRyan says:

I’d use this beauty for everything you mentioned and more. I’m all about diy projects, so this would come in handy for: save the dates, invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, place cards, favor/guestbook table signs, thank you cards, AND that’s just the wedding! Afterwards I’d happily continue my printing projects!

  51. Rosemarie says:

I would use it for my save the dates, programs, and invitations!

  52. sabrina says:

I’m designing all my stationary type stuff for my wedding, but have been using my black and white printer. I would be able to make all my designs in that exact shade of blue that I want with this printer!

  53. What a fantastic giveaway for do it yourself-ers! Wonderful idea!

  54. Erika C says:

What an awesome contest! I would use this for making my invitations, programs, menus, stationery for part of my bridesmaid’s gift and printing pictures!

  56. Haliwood says:

I would head straight into DIY mania if I had such a fabulous printer! Every wedding related paper product you can think of. Fingers crossed!

  57. For the most pertinent to wedding planning, I’d print thank you cards with our favorite wedding photos. For the actual wedding, it would be our DIY photobooth! My FI just kicked in the idea that we would program some facial recognition software for it so our guest would step in front of it and *BING* it takes a picture for our photo book and print out your table assignment!! ;-)

  58. Katie says:

I am a graphic designer starting my own business and am working out of my home. My huge lack right now is a printer and I would be so blessed to be the winner of this Epson! It would solve a HUGE problem for me! Thank you!

  59. Michelle says:

This would solve all of my printing problems! First I’d crank out our save the dates. Next, I’d work on things like our menus, programs, escort cards, etc. The only thing we were planning on having printed by a nice printing company were the invitations, but if I had this, I wouldn’t have to spend the next 6-7 months running in and out of kinkos.

  60. Lara says:

I need this because I am more excited about designing and making my own save the dates, invitations, programs, menu, place cards, etc. than I am about anything else (besides actually getting married of course!) More than picking out a dress. Seriously.

  61. ringo says:

This would be awesome for my wedding projects. I’m planning to print Save the Dates at the end of the month, and I was planning to purchase a new printer. It would be the greatest thing if I could win this!

  62. Meghan says:

  67. abby says:

I would use this for everything. I love customization and DIY projects for my wedding and this would make it all so beatiful!!! We are having a destination wedding, so this would help us by making beautiful stuff that is easily trasnportable to take down to Mexico

  68. Jenny N. says:

I am planning to make individual personalized thank you cards. My goal is to make a photo montage of the wedding event and print it out. This will be perfect to accomplish my little project.

  69. harmony says:

Would use this for multiple projects. It would make my life easier!

  70. megs says:

Wow it sounds like that printer can do everything and even more. I would use it for pictures around the house, cards at any season, invitation and other inspirational items!

  71. Melissa M says:

I’m a designer and I have so many of my own amazing ideas that I want to produce but it would be so difficult to have it done at a printers and VERY expensive. This is the perfect solution…I can print it all myself and it’ll be exactly what I want.

With so many different "paper" things to personalize, having my own printer would make my life so much easier! I just got a new laptop but don’t have a printer yet! It would be awesome to have an amazing printer to let me print out the placecards, programs and little notes to tie to our bubbles!

    You girls rock!

  75. Jess says:

I’d use it to make freaking awesome save the dates!

  76. THIS IS SOOOO COOL! I would put this to great use with my best friends wedding just around the corner too! This would be amazing for unique invites, programs, menus…. Every thing paper related! And as a newbie photographer I have been searching for a low cost alternative to custom CDs and brochures! Oh and cool little personalized thank you notes to my clients! This would be an amazing thing to own. I HOPE I WIN!!!!! :D

  77. Kelli says:

Ah! I would love love love this printer! Would you believe our printer just broke?? And I have so many DIY projects left! I would use it for the other half of our STDs, our invitations, our programs, and all of our signs! Pick me!

  78. Noellen says:

That printer is sweet! We could knock out all of our DIY printing needs with that baby. Fiance would be happy so I dont have to use his business printer!

  79. girlrobot says:

oh man I really need this. I will be printing my menus and programs with this!

  80. John says:

I just bought one so if I won this one I could return mine.

  81. Kate says:

this looks amazing, I feel like it has so many uses i’d probably be crafting up a storm!

  82. Sheila says:

I would use it for DIY projects!

  83. katw0629 says:

The Artisan 800 would be the most perfect companion as I journey into the creative art world after finishing the four year degree everyone else wanted me to get. I jumped from major to major to find a place that felt like "me" only to discover that my creative self was holding me back from being your conventional college graduate who got a job right after school. I have always loved crafts, sewing, painting, photography, and sharing homemade jewelry and cards with friends so I am on a path to discover how I can make this my career. For my wedding I have utilized creativity to both keep my costs down and accomplish the feel of love and attention in every detail. As I have just started my first blog I would love to share my journey with others who are doing the same, and post pictures of all the pieces I create (from my wedding programs to thank-you notes, and future cards, etc) from the ‘artisan 800′ to inspire others.

  84. jen says:

i would love to use a new printer for a diy photobooth at our reception!

  86. Wow. I cannot tell you how bad we need a new printer. I’ve been shying away from DIY’ing anything bc ours is so old. I would use this for everything! Including photo save the date cards!

  87. Jeana says:

Ohh what a cool prize! My fiance and I are on a squeaky tight budget so this would definately be beficial to us! I would use it for my invites, menues, and all that good stuff! I want my wedding to look just as professional as a bride who isn’t on a budget!

  88. Emily says:

We are on such a tight budget for our wedding, I would love to have the Epson to print all our invites, etc. and once the wedding was done I could do so many fun projects. Which would include a huge thank you note to Wedding Chicks if I won!!

  91. Dorothée says:

We designed our save-the-date for our wedding but didn’t go through the dreaded printing process yet. This Epson would make it so much easier, especially when comes the time to do the invitations!

  92. Rory says:

This Epson would be perfect for my entire scope of DIY projects… I’m even doingt he graphic design for my album, so this would cut out costs of a 3rd party printer!

I would love a great printer to make wedding programs and menus on before the wedding and to print wedding photos on afterwards!

  96. Abbie says:

I would use the printer for all of the DIY projects for our wedding. Our current printer is about ready to kick the bucket, so a new printer is definitely on the horizon. What a great giveaway!
