I don’t know how I stumbled upon Cooper Carras, but I am glad I did. I spent the better part of an hour perusing his website and blog and found nothing but amazing imagery that I can best describe as eye candy. (: Cooper Carras is a destination wedding photographer who has traveled the world whose style makes me feel like – I want to be there and I want to look like that!!! His photos make me feel something, which being a photographer myself, doesn’t happen all that often. His relaxed style and use of light makes me smile. I found a wedding that Cooper shot in Sayulita, Mexico and I wanted to share it with our readers! Sayulita happens to be my very favorite town in all of Mexico.
Sayulita is a tiny town north of Puerta Vallarta and is completely unspoiled. Just a couple hotels set on the hillside overlooking the water steps from the locals and downtown. There isn’t room for giant resorts, so Sayulita remains quaint and authentic. A place this is personal, romantic and beautiful, what a great place for a wedding!
