Chris & Maria's citrus-themed wedding invitation & details

Chris and Maria where the winners of our Wedding Chicks first Chick Giveaway. They won an engagement shoot with Amy Squires, and 50 custom Save The Dates from Joceybella Invites. Chris and Maria met in Orange, California and are incorporating their love of the city into their big day. We thought we might throw a bit of inspiration Maria and Chris’s way and show off their retro Save The Date accompanied by their lovely photo taken of course in the city of Orange.

Their are so many hues to Orange that you could use the one color as your main palette and incorporate throughout. Flowers, cakes, signature drinks the list goes on. We found a few inspirational tips for their big day. Flowers by Stonekelly. Cake by Kate Sullivan for LovinSullivan Cakes, NYC. Signature Blood Orange Champagne cocktail recipe provided by Epicurios. INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup crème de cassis (black-currant liqueur)
1 1/2 cups strained fresh blood orange juice (from about 6 oranges)
