So Pretty

The Monique Lhuillier spring 2009 collection is absolutely perfect in every way, all the dresses are so stunning, I think we might have to do a special post simply on her amazing collection. We pictured the bride wearing this elegant lace number having a perfectly elegant day while carrying her lovely bouquet designed by Christina W. Russell. She completes her look with Christian Louboutin pink bottom slides along with an actual vintage estate ring from Ross Simons! Her clear lip gloss and powder are neatly stored in this simple Jessica McClintock Frame Pouch Clutch as she sits down to sip wine at her styled table by Rebecca Thuss. Hopefully we will be invited!

Fab Find…One Girl Cookies

Freshly ground nutmeg…hand stirred caramel…oven toasted Turkish hazelnuts..Thai crystallized ginger, shall we go on. One Girl Cookies located in Brooklyn has the cutest shop ever, we are so going there on our next trip. Lucky for us she ships all of her party favors. Your guests will feel very appreciated after they open their tiny box of One Girl Cookies. They offer packaging options galore and your only limitation will be your own imagination. We are sold!

Some of the most amazing shots that Amy has done have included Bride’s Shoes. One of her most popular tips is for the bride to wear some fancy colored shoes that match their theme. They may be pink, orange or green, there are so many fabulous shoes out there today you are bound to find something you like. Another awesome tip is to buy a set of dishes that match your theme and scatter them throughout the party with candy and other goodies. We found this great set from Kohls.  Chinese favor boxes from Paper-Source are a no brainer for last minute touches and of course if you are going to go Asian you have to have some paper umbrellas and some lovely fans to cool of your guests off. In style Weddings Winter of 08 issue suggests hanging different style lanterns to set the tone of the event.  Another added bonus are these personalized chopsticks we found, perfect if you are having an Asian dinner as well. Orchid centerpiece idea from Telaflora.
